Katarzyna Stryjniak-Erickson returned to Poland in the summer of 2001 after an eleven- year stay in the USA. In October of that year she opened a yoga and ayurveda center in Krakow -Yoga International, in order to share her experiences on the path of self-discovery.

This year we are celebrating the 15th anniversary of Yoga International in Krakow.

This place is distinguished by its unusually cordial and friendly atmosphere, which inspires both beginners and highly advanced Yogis of all ages, irrespective of physical condition, to share the full yoga experience.

Experience

Kasia has studied with great masters, chiefly with Yogiraj Alan Finger in New York and Yogi Hari at his ashram in Florida. She perfected her skills under the guidance of Yogi Hari, earning the title of Yoga Acharya (Yoga teacher) with honors, along with Yogi Hari's personal blessing in her future endeavors.

Her teaching career began in New York, working with students of many nationalities and many different levels of ability.

Many students have begun their yoga practice here at Yoga International over the past ten years - not only residents of Krakow but also visitors from all over the world, including Canada, Mexico, the USA, Japan, Israel, the Republic of South Africa, and all the nations of Europe.
