Katarzyna Stryjniak-Erickson

Katarzyna Stryjniak - Erickson, who recently returned from an eleven-year sojourn in the USA, would like to share her experience on a path of self-discovery.

Experience

Kasia studied with wonderful masters of Yoga: Yogiraj Alan Finger in New York, and Yogi Hari in Florida. From Yogi Hari, she received the title of Yoga Acharya, as well as Yogi Hari's blessing on her teaching career.

After completing extended Teacher Training with Yogiraj Alan Finger, Kasia began her teaching career in New York, working with all levels of students from many nations.

She taught in:

  • Fitness Centers (All-Star Fitness, Plus One, New York Sports Club)
  • Hotels (Trump International, Parker-Meridian)
  • Corporations (Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter)

  • Practicing yoga together at Yogi Hari's Ashram in Florida

    Aleksandra teaches yoga in JCC Richmond Va

    Aleksandra Townsend arrived at Yoga International in Krakow in  the  summer of 2006 following 5 years of living and working professionally  in the United States.

    Aleksandra graduated from a comprehensive yoga training in the Vinyasa style (Yoga Alliance accredited) in Richmond, Virginia, where she studied with Jennifer Elliott (Ashtanga method) and Sandra Pleasant (Iyengar method). She has studied ayurveda with John Douillard and yoga with Shean Corn, Shiva Rea, and Cyndii Lee, to name a few, and continues to participate in international Vedic conferences. She is currently completing  an Ayurvedic Healing course with David Frawley at the Ayurvedic Institute of Vedic Studies in New Mexico. She holds a Master's Degree in Recreation from the Academy of Physical Education  in Krakow.

    While in the US Aleksandra taught yoga in private yoga studios, at the University of Virginia, at medical and wellness centers and other corporations and worked as a wellness consultant in Virginia and Maine.

    Aleksandra teaches with passion, creativity and attention to the needs of her students. Previous students of Aleksandra have stated in writing:
